Based in Los Angeles, SP operates through several regional partnerships- Samuelson Hornaday (Phoenix, AZ) Currie/Samuelson (San Diego, CA), Samuelson Schafer (San Francisco, CA), Samuelson/Zentmyer (commercial and residential San Gabriel Valley, CA) and Samuelson Fetter (Los Angles, CA).

Rental Housing- Market and Affordable is a product SP and SS added to its portfolio several years ago.   An example of the commitment and approach to housing is the redevelopment an award winning mixed use housing complexes at 1 H Street, and Rafael Town Center, both in downtown San Rafael, California. 

Over the last sixty years the company has been active in commercial real estate in the major cities in the western United States.  The organization has built and/or developed shopping centers, office buildings, industrial projects and apartments.  Institutional partners have included National Life Insurance of Vermont, San Diego Gas & Electric, Northwestern National Life Insurance Company, Society Genelaci Immobiliare, First Inter-State Mortgage, All State Insurance Company, and Kaiser-Aetna.
